Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. From show of effort to lack of communication - everything… i will be switching car insurance immediately. 2.5 month span of barely having a single phone call answered for days, they did not do anything to fix or even move my car for an entire month, they only pay for your rental for 30 days, leaving me to pay for a rental the next 2 months (and still am paying for it) even though they did absolutely nothing for an entire month. I cancelled and was issue a refund. Since I knew they had the incorrect address on file, I had them update my address. Called back 3 weeks later, they mailed my check to the previous address and asked if I wanted them to void it, I told them no it’s okay I sold the house to a family member. Spoke to the family member, never received any Mail for me. Called back so they could void the check and they told me I couldn’t and had to wait atleast 30 days. An absolutely terrible experience with a terrible company.

Horrible company. Refused a claim on a technicality- the other homeowner is even perplexed as to how they can deny the claim. Continued issues but will never recommend them. Talking with the claim expert was horrible - over a month with no contact and was shut down and told not to call when I did get ahold of them. Rates increased due to another persons issue as I had to file with them. Only out for the money, not people.

Absolute SCAM. Do not use this company. I danced for 7 months w2ith this claims dept. Had a few tests done to be sure on something this year, and the claim was denied for a minor issue years before. Not even in the timeframe needed for their questionnaire. Do yourself a favor and do not use them. SCAM.

We would give no star if that was possible. My fiance and I got a quote and bought a policy. We set up automatic payments, received the confirmation and thought everything was all set. The next month comes and we expected our payment to just come out as set up. I checked the bank account two days later and saw that the payment never came out so I logged into the policy and saw that it was pending cancelation for non payment! As a licensed medical provider for over 25 years, I have never seen such a terrible health insurance company. They fail to process claims properly and provid excuses, even after multiple resubmissions. I strongly advise those looking for health insurance to avoid any and all National General Insurance products.

An insurance lady of theirs crashed my car in August. I gave her all the information about her and the evidence, still waiting for them to respond because, according to them, she does not respond. I email adjuster Nikair H***** and he doesn't answer calls or emails. It is the worst company and they are a scam

This company has over charged me for 2 months and when I canceled my insurance they are trying to charge me $148 just to cancel and the first time I called they didn't even cancel the policy so they could charge me for another month. Do not use this company.

Two months to decide the car was totaled. Never responded to calls during that period. Refused to use reimbursement request for car rentals and bus fair for the time period. Failed to notify FLHSMV of change in ownership after receiving title to car. Currently, adjuster and supervisor failing to respond to request for documentation of change in ownership and date vehicle was totaled.
