Worst company you could possibly deal with. Every time I call they don’t respond or their on vacation. When I finally caught up with Kyle Conover he was coming back from vacation he said n then he told me he wasn’t assigned to my case anymore so I called Jeff and he said that Kyle was still assigned to my claim so he got me back on the phone with Kyle we went over a few options which lead to me having to get a mechanic to look at the car I was supposed to hear back from Kyle Friday but never heard a word. Their customer cuts me off, failure to yeild. My motorcycle is totaled. After filing a claim with them 7 days of back and forth, conveniently they state for 8 hours starting at 1am she “wasn’t covered”. Do not trust this company I’m pretty sure they dropped their client as well. I’m a Veteran permanently disabled and my only solace was my bike and they won’t pay for it. Very unhelpful agents. I had health insurance through National General and had it on autopay to lower costs. It took over a month to get my cards in the mail. Back in May I had gotten a new job where I no longer needed coverage from National General and I firmly believe my agent never sent in my request to cancel until I threatened to escalate the issue. Once I threatened, I finally got an email about cancellation and a small refund. They had in the meantime taken 3 more months from autopay and refunded ~1 month's worth. Sti... read more
As a Lienholder, they are terrible to work with! I will like single out Jessica J****** and her superior Robert W***** from NC. I Called them both about 10 times each, emailed them multiple times. Did not receive a single call back. Finally got an email reposnse from Jessica with no apologie for not calling back or answering ages later. Horrible Insurance company. Was quoted one price for my policy, but when it was time for my bank draft, a totally different price was pulled out of my bank account. When I called to ask why was I being charged something different from my quote they stated it was because the agent didnt write my policy correctly so they had to re-write it. This is the worse business I e ever seen .. they are a bunch of scammers. I do not know how they have stayed in business. I had a blowout on Nissan 370Z. The insurance adjuster Shan F*****. National general insurance is horrible honestly. I'm a current policy holder with them, I have full coverage and my fiance is on the policy. A deer hit her unfortunately which was totally out of her control. We did the proper steps, even used there suggested auto body shop. Auto body shop was 800$ higher than there quote. No response back, I've emailed, called left messages. Nothing, no response so why am I paying full coverage for stuff like a deer hitting the car so it can be taken care of. This company is the worst. I feel like they are deliberately avoiding me and my calls hoping I will just forget about it . On July 21 2022 a client of theirs hit my car, he was ticketed and is at fault. I had my insurance file a claim and send over all the paper work. They have not heard back from any one. I have been calling relentlessly, with no answer or call back from any one. Worst company ever. One of their customers hit my truck. He was clearly at fault. I was able to file a claim with them and was told a adjuster would contact me in 24 hours. That has been 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard from anyone. Every time I call it goes straight to voicemail. No one ever calls back. I have had to file a claim with my own insurance company and pay out my full deductible. They shouldn’t be allowed to be in business.
