I have only been with the company for 2 months and I got penalized for paying early on autopay they never told me signing up that I would get a nsf fee if I paid early they only said a nfs fee if your payment is late so now I'm on disability I literally have .11 cents in my account untill the first and there. Saying I have a late fee and 2 nsf fees because I paid my insurance early and will cut off my insurance on the 18 the I tried to explain all of this they said they could remove the late fee and 1 nsf fee but not the oth... read more

Worst insurance company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They took over a month to respond to our claim . They refused coverage because the water damage was from a bad storm and not from a direct hit or accident. What??

The Insurance I Made A Claim because I Hit My Brothers Work Car In October 2021 and In April 2022 I Contacted the Adjuster I she said she needed My brothers bosses number to send the check I gave her the number she said she would contacted him the same day and she never did contact my brother boss Its Now July I Still nothing yet just excuses so I'm Coming out of Pocket to pay for the Damages I will Never Use this company again

My insurance renewed without my authorization went up by over $100. I just got charged $298, nowhere on the email did it say that, my account didn’t Ben exist when I reached out, idk what that’s about, and now I don’t have a choice but to lose those $298. I’m absolutely canceling my policy and going with someone else at the end of the month, awful service.

I got National general thru Allstate broker who lied to me. I paid my insurance through another account than my auto pay and canceled the auto pay for only that month I used a different card. But national didn’t stop the autopay then charged me $50 talking about they were gonna cancel my insurance even tho my insurance was current and paid for the month of June on time so i should have had to pay extra $50. Piece of ****company, they will Not investigate your claim instead they will look in your applications for error so they will not be responsible for any damages on your car and other party’s car. I opened a claim cause my dad rear ended someone and instead of investigating the claim they started investigating people in my household thats not in the policy. What a piece of crap! Stay away from this company.

poor handling of claims, they do not communicate with the client, and they lose the cars, mine was sent to a place where they dismantle cars and it took me 2 months to take my car to a workshop, if they have an adjuster called tammy m******* ask someone else other than her to be *******she doesn't know how to do her job

I CALLED THIS COMPANY THE FIRST TIME TO CANCELL MY INSURANCE AND THEY SAID THEY DID AND GAVE ME A CONFIRMATION # ********. I GOT MY VISA BILLED FOR ANOTHER PAYMENT AND CALLED THE SECOND TIME TO CANCELL MY POLICIES AND THEY STILL DON'T HAVE MY POLICIES CANCELLED. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG RIPOFF! YOU BETTER LET OTHER CONSUMERS KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TROUBLE.
