The worst service the claim support agents its irresponsable Maria P***** she has not tact to talk to customer this company overall it's the worst service you can get, I give 1 stars so I can write my horrible experience with this company

Chris, our adjuster, did not contact us in a timely manner, was not professional, and left our family with 2 small children homeless when the company took 23 days to send a representative to take pictures for their adjuster to determine the scope of the damage to be repaired. Our family is living in tents awaiting NGI to repair our RV, which is our home, and now not only did the tell us almost a month after we started the claim that they won't fix it but that the over $1,000 in storage fees is our problem and they will not p... read more

Just start by reading the Company’s responses to some of the complaints. “ Thank you for the information “ their response speaks volumes of how disrespectful they are. I was rear ended by a client of theirs. The Company refused to take responsibility of the accident until they spoke to their client. I offered to send them a copy of the accident report showing where their client received a ticket for following to close.I was told they didn’t care “ since the officer wasn’t there at the time of the accident “ I left numerous m... read more

Terrible. I'm getting conflicting answers from there reps. First they told me all my paper work was all set then charged me more for papers not completed. I've never dealt with alot of there forms with ANY other insurance company s and they charge you alot for the tiniest things. $50 cancellation because they can't get there act right. Il never go to Allstate ever because they baught this company and therefore stand by them. Guilt by association.

I never leave a review but this time I wanted to take the time to leave one, it is impressive how poorly this company works, I was in an accident a month ago and I still have not received any response from the insurance, in my policy I pay the car rental service and I have not received this either, it is very difficult to get in contact with the adjuster, updates are not received from the company either, I strongly recommend that if you want to have car insurance do not use this insurance because it they don’t respond and ar... read more

Worst insurance company I have ever had!! Absolutely terrible customer service. They never answer the phone. Call center representatives are incompetent and useless. This stems all the way up to even the manager! They beat around the bush and find any excuse not to help you or deny your claim. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT get insurance coverage from them what so ever. They act in bad faith and need to audited for there practices.

A mountain of problems since joining in February of 2022. I’ve been paying on a car I don’t own for two months, other mounding problems have led me to the decision to leave. If I leave, however, while they’re still fixing the mistake they just won’t back date it! No login info despite multiple requests, no insurance cards, payment I’m told is due has been differing lately. Do not use a photo insurance. I have been a customer for almost 2 years. During that time I have called 23 times because I am not allowed to access my info online only make a quick payment conveniently. My bills, receipts, documents, and password reset links all come to my email address yet when I go to login with that code safeauto says that email address does not exist. You just email it 13 times a month. I have been on auto pay since I started. Somehow their system missed it in March and I was without insurance for seven ... read more
