One of their insured rear ended me. They said they will assume full responsibility. It's been a couple months and they still haven't contacted the body shop. Nate W***** isn't returning my calls either. I had to submit a claim thru my insurance company. They don't even deserve one star.

Do not use this company. Worst customer service ever. They yell at you don't return calls and don't pay what I costs to repair your vehicle. Specifically Jamie M*****, adjuster, Hanna R****, writer, Jessica C******, manager, and Mark R****, supervisor .. they will give you the runaround, I'm sure the receive a large bonus after the chump you in your claim.

My entire claim experience has been an absolute nightmare. I was told by my claims agent that my deductible would be covered by the payment they would issue to the body shop. That was a lie. I can not ever get ahold of the agent (Gerardo Macias). Whether it is via email or phone call he does not reply. It took them two weeks to send a payment to the bodyshop for them to do work. I was told that my vehicle would take 12 days to be fixed. I dropped it off December 3 and it is finally ready today march 9th. They completely drop... read more

Bad customer services 1 month leaving messages to mi adjuster just to not get a call back when I try to chose mi shop to repair mi car she get mad raise her voice and quick told if you do it we gonna take 20 percent and send me a link to chose one of them and I got one day to find one or they are not gonna take responsibility and mi it’s gonna stay damage it’s a really bad insurance not recommended I got full coverage on a second car and got a accident when I call they told “ o it’s only half full cover” I never hear anythin... read more

This company is horrible. My car was involved in a hit and run on January 1…it took a month to be able to get my car to an autobody shop because they did not respond, specifically Lauri clump. I had to go out of my way get an estimate. After another month, my car was fixed, but today I am unable to pick it up because the insurance did not pay for their part of the claim. I have to wait till Monday to get this resolved and am very frustrated. I have lost out on money due to not having a car! These people need to do their jobs... read more

My car was totaled mid December by a national General policy customer. Though a ticket was issued NGI refused a rent a car and did not make a decision on the total loss of my only vehicle for 50 days. Now today I have received a text stating because I didn’t accept their offer within 72 hours they are closing the issue

All, Please do yourself a favor and not do business with NGIC, unless you want a few more people to argue with and no one that can help you along with waiting days and days for a return call. I recently had to file a claim with them to have My RV repaired and it has not been a very good experience. As a RV insurer through GOOD SAM I would have expected a lot more, I will be letting that membership expire as well. There adjuster was late multiple times to look at my damage.(Tree fell on the RV) After three attempts he finally... read more

This is one of the worst/most expensive insurance company’s. They will charge you if you cancel early, and have higher rates with horrible customer service. You can get a lower rate with a better company. Please think twice before you choose National General.
