Worst insurance company in history. They are crooks. When I was financing my truck it took multiple times to get them to send the finance company proof of insurance, and they kept getting the information wrong. Fast forward I'm financing a car now. I was told multiple times that the latest I can make my payment was the tenth. I went to pay it on the 9th in which we paid on the 9th multiple times only to see they canceled my insurance. I paid for auto insurance and the very next day canceled it. I called for my payment to be returned to my payment card and was told it would be a cancellation fee. I was not told of any cancellation fee the day before when I ordered it. My paperwork that I was supposed to sign wasnt even sent to me yet. Because it literally wasnt even 24hrs before I canceled. So legally I was not insured yet. I shouldnt be charged a cancellation fee that I wasnt told about at the time of my purchase. This is bad business. Its very upsetting ... read more

I called for a tow for my car that was broke down in the middle of the street I called them for a tow the tow took for ever to come so the police tow my car and took it to the impound the people that was suppose to tow my car for safe auto was the people who tow my car for the police when I called to talk to them they try to be like its nothin they can do like Im upset for me to be paying a lot for this insurance they should be more better than that

Absolutely horrible!! A total nightmare. I filed a claim after hitting a deer. Immediately there were issues. They didn't want to pay for repairs, they tried putting me in a 2 door compact car as a rental (I drive a 7 passenger SUV). They didn't want to pay for anything they are required to and tried to switch from repairing to totaling my vehicle after repairs had begun. It's been a month and I still do not have my car back. This is the worst insurance company, or any company, that I have ever experienced. My car has been at the shop for 6 weeks and an adjuster has failed to estimate damages to the car. My rental car coverage policy has now lapsed and now I will be liable for payments on the rental car while there is no clear repair date in site to my vehicles vandalism damages. The company does not have their own adjusters and they have failed to get a third party to take a look at my car. There is no end in site. I would give them 0 stars if I... read more

My car was hit while I was in the hospital for 3 days after calling Safe Auto and starting a claim I was told I would be sent a text message and that I would need to upload pictures I tried and open the text message and it had me take pictures and I had to adjust my phone to where the whole car fit in the picture after a couple pictures my data ran out so I told the gentleman on the phone and he said no worries they would send out an adjuster out to physically View it and write it up. There are always error messages when you try to sign in. Today 10/13 I decided to call customer service again and ask him for some help and after being on the phone with them for five minutes I'm told all we have trouble with our app. Well if you have trouble with your app then get rid of it as I surely will be doing so with your insurance company before my expiration date
