Had a policy open with them for 1+ yrs then when I try to renew they tell me they no longer service my state anymore and I need to open a new policy for twice as much. No warning no notice that they weren’t going to be servicing me anymore. Now I have no car insurance and my only options are 2-3x what I’ve been paying.

They are unprofessional & unorganized. They don't call back when you leave message. They claim that they can't find my car that their towing company was supposed to pick up. My claim has been going on for almost a year. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GET THIS INSURANCE COMPANY

National Insurance Group Review No fault auto accident caused by their NIG client who struck my parked vehicle May 16, 2022-August 4, 2022; while I’m at work that day described above. The driver attempted to hit and run, but was caught by business owner of mechanic shop. They didn't fulfill their obligations. They owe me they sent me on a wild goose chase for a rental car that never existed. To be honest if I didn't have family step in I could have lost my job my apartment and my vehicle because of these **** ups.

This is the WORST agency I have had the unfortunate reality to deal with. A customer of theirs hit me in an accident in Feb 2020. My car was damaged but repairable. Of course, by my insurance company did the repair because the driver was under insured. My leased car was only 6 months old. Fast forward to May 2022 and I go to the dealership to talk about buying my car as the lease was up in August. They pulled a report, as required by law and told me they couldn't sell me the car because it was declared a total loss! Silly me... read more

This company is RIDICULOUS!!! I truly wish that I had never come across them. The amount and level of stress that I went through with them for a policy that I just started on July 13, 2022 was ridiculous, and today is August 1, 2022. What I was quoted was NOT what they increased it to for the second payment which was to happen on August 15th, so they increased my rate SIGNIFICANTLY. THE MOST AWFUL, HORRIBLE TERRIBLE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ADJUSTERS, REPRESENTIVES AUTO INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. DO TO AN AUTO ACCIDENT. THIS COMPANY HAS TAKEN 4 WEEKS TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE BECAUSE THE PERSON HANDLING MY CLAIM WENT ON VACATION FOR A WEEK...I HAD TO CALL THE SUPERVISOR TO GET A STATUS....AND THE AMOUNT IS WRONG. SO NOW I AM WAITING AGAIN FOR THEM TO GET IT CORRECT. MY EXPECTATIONS FOR THEM IS LOW BECAUSE OF THERE LACK OF CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER.

Pray that if you’re hit by someone with this insurance you die so it’s not you who has to deal with them. I started a trip on my motorcycle and some jackass hit me and totaled it the first day. I was in another town so had to sleep on the side of the road after getting out of the hospital since my only source of transportation was unrideable to get home.
