Home insurance from National General (a subsidiary of Allstate) I will just limit my self to the facts. I submitted a claim to National General for a damaged roof due to a hail storm, which occurred in Indianapolis in June 2001. The pictures taken by the National General adjuster and the private contractor showed a rather damaged roof. However, the National General appraiser decided to pay for half of the roof only. National general is the worst health insurance I’ve ever had in my lifetime they basically make everything pre-existing and will pay nothing you can’t even get a discount with the health insurance they’re very low rated and a horrible insurance company total waste of money

Hahaha NGIC aka All-State Co. sucks sucks. Good luck if you have a claim.I was advised my adjuster Leslie T**** was fired and he was the one who answer his phone or email, now I’m being advised to speak to his supervisor Britney D******* who is not much better.Never answers my calls or emails or voicemails . I’ve called more than 100 times a day for 3 weeks now(no exaggeration) I have not yet gotten a response and it is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my situation . As an insurance policy holder, this company has been the worst nightmare ever. After 2 months and still dealing with a claim that i had no fault in. They have the worst communication and they dont care about their customers. This whole experience has given me anxiety and so much stress. The lack of communication on the adjusters part has prolonged my claim so much that they have left me with no rental coverage. My adjuster blamed everything on me because i had chosen the body shop. The absolute WORST company. If zero stars was available that would be my selection. Every adjuster is rude, takes ridiculous amount of time to get the smallest task done. This accident was the other person fault and I’ve had to hire attorney. They are THE WORST , I can’t describe how bad. Like think of awful and multiple by 100. Not worth it. Thought about switching to their insurance for myself and after this experience, nope. Not worth the savings. Giving me problems and complications since day 1. So disappointing

I was involved in a "no fault" accident and went through Encompass (my insurance company) to deal with my vehicle being totaled. Encompass would then recoup the money given to me for my totaled vehicle from the "at fault" drivers insurance... i must say: Encompass/National General Insurance is The absolute worst, non professional company I've delt with in years. 9-23-2022 One of their clients got into a fender-bender with our car. Details were exchanged. Both cars towed away. I reported the incident to my insurance (State Farm) and they told me NG would call us. 9-30-2022 Nothing heard, so I got the car back myself before bill of storage would get higher. 10-3-2022 Nothing heard, so I called NG to make a claim and was forwarded to adjuster D*** A******* with claim #220***992, but I got voicemail. I would definitely NO STAR. I filed with my insurance company to fix a windshield. The ceiling needed repair first, so this particular claim was filed. Sept 23, 2022. I didn’t hear back from the VM I left that day, or a week later. I emailed Sherese Scurry, her manager Briana Marks, and THEIR supervisor Hayley Kinn, as well as voicemails that were days apart. I think I would leave a 0 if I could they own direct auto in sc Amy Ward in marketing is the most rude nasty person she feels as if she is on a power trip an treats people with NO DIGNITY and NO RESPECT she made it clear her boss over her has her back an sticks together well shame on you if a person is wrong they a wrong she treats people unfairly an thinks she can because obviously she has been getting away with it please review all her calls with customers as well as employee review her emails she is a miserable person
