I was in a car accident on Dec 11, 2022 and my car has been in the shop since the 16th and here it is January 18, 2023 and I have yet to get my car back! My paint and body shop has been having issues with keeping in touch with the adjustors in my claim. I have given them the name and numbers for both adjustors, but David S***** and Vanessa H****** haven't been forth coming with me or my body shop. It's been excuses after excuses. I am very frustrated with this company resolving an error that they caused. I have called numerous of times to be left on hold or told someone will get back to me. That someone is a supervisor name Shamar who I have left 3 voice messages with already. My husband got into an accident in his car that I do not drive while I was out of town visiting my mom. They don’t answer calls or return calls, but they want their money on time each month. Handling business with them has been a total nightmare so far and when we car gets repaired I’m going else where. I’ve been trying for months to get my car repair and haven’t heard nothing from nobody.

Liars thieves deceptive. RUN ASAP Had current insurance(diff. co.) searched to find a cheaper rate due to"$413 more monthly surcharge" aka punishment for policy holder for having accident. 12/3/22-Completed app online provided FULL DISCLOSURE driving history. Submitted request. Spoke w/agent on phone an hour. Disclosed accidents, DL #s, vehicles, type of coverage desired per vehicle. This has to be the WORST insurance company ever. I was a customer for a little over two years and I have not ever been in an accident until October 2022. I called the insurance immediately to get it all situated and they communicated somewhat in the beginning of the claim. THEN, they decided to drop my policy all due to garaging info not being updated. They never communicated or reached out to me to inform me or update me on the claim. My policy was only suppose to be $240. and they took out $604.13 and refused to give me a refund. They put my son who does not even have a driver's license on the insurance without my permission. Then they were going to charge me $310.00 to exclude him every month. DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE

I recommend anyone to not do business with this company. They have horrible customer service. They constantly transferred you to different departments without notifying you where your calls are being directed to. I’ve filed a roadside assistance claim for reimbursement when I paid for a service call whenever I had a blowout on my vehicle. I filed this claim in 12/22/2022 now it’s 1/9/2023 I haven’t received my check. I’ve called and called seems like my calls weren’t getting anywhere they were transferred back into the queue... read more

Company is a joke full of thieves who are quick to take your money every month. As soon as your car is involved in an accident they avoid answering the phones and if they do answer they are rude and refuse to get anything done. Adrian specifically should be fired for not knowing how to do his job. I've been without a car since November 11th 2022 and it now January 5th 2023. This company better hope a lawyer doesn't take my case.

Was treated unfairly because I choose to pay early without using auto pay but chose to pay early after 3 months of paying before payment date they tried to take it from my account which I always payed by the 23 rd they tried the 19of December insufficient funds they got angry charged a fee 40$ payment went to 184 then they wouldn’t except then payment kept going up now it’s 216.70 convenient fee asked for a date change gave me same date all of this they want me to pay on my terms I said no they say it’s to late but I never a... read more
