02/27/23. My wife was hit from behind and her car was 'totaled'. Here we are 12 days later and WE FINALLY have a price of how much they are going to giver her for her car. We also have to turn the rental in TODAY. They would not extend it. So we have no other car, still don't have the check in our hand, and need to buy another car. Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Got into an accident Dec. 4th 2022 and I am still waiting for the claim to be finalized. Everything has been done on my part but I still get excuses to why it hasn’t been paid. i have bought insurance from this company and when i decided to cancel because of finding a less expensive insurance, it was on the same day i was due to pay my monthly payment so I wanted to cancel before being charged. I was insured with them 6 months. And they charged me 94 dollars for a cancellation fee I have never been charged ever for a cancellation it got me angry.
Garabage company need to be shut down, Paid 2 years premium full coverage. A litle fender bender don't want to pay. Saying when i got the insurance did not give right primarty residence since i also have a rental. For 2 years enjoyed my premium. Now time to pay don't want to . Outright scam , this is a garbage. I was trying to get my car fixed. They sent me their preferred shop list . Called all of then & went to 2 shops. One gave me an appointment to check the car on March 20th ( one month later). Another one from their preferred list have an appointment in two days, but my insurance quote were very low on the labor charges, according to them. Applied for auto policy on 2-17-2023 with great florida insurance who went through national general insurance for 512$ with down payment of 104$ and monthly payments 83$. I canceled 3 days later on 2-20-2023 and was charged 95$. According to them they charge 10% early cancelation on total policy premium plus days your covered. So 512$ times 10% is 51.20 cents. 512$ divided by 180 days is 2.84$. 2.84$ times 3 days plus 51.20 is 59.72$. Where does it add up to 95 dollars??? Worst company ever paid my insurance got pulled over and they said I had no insurance and showed the cops where I had paid for it and then had to call the insurance company to verify, later had a accident was given a ticket for no insurance and had paid the company for insurance already cop almost took me to jail .
