We bought home insurance, when it came time to renew our mortgage company sent a check. They claimed they never got it, coincidently we filed a claim for animal damage to our home about the same time, maybe not coincidence. So they cancelled our home owners insurance for non-payment. I am a victim of auto theft this company is giving me the runaround I’m single mother raising four kids I have no transportation to work I gave them everything they ask for and I don’t understand why they are not taking care of me as a paying customer im about to loss everything why is it take so long to pay and provide me with a rental I pay for the insurance and they are treating me like a suspect the adjuster not doing a good job of caring for me I am the victim the car was stolen from my home
I get a refund back from this company stating that they cancelled my insurance because they could not renew my coverage. I went and got another insurance company and they keep sending me Kate notices and threatening letters about collections m I had to call them a few times on this matter. Worst insurance company I ever dealt with
National General will not pay their dues if you have full coverage with them. They will lie to you and do whatever they can do to cheat you out what's owed to you in you ended up needing to use them for what you have with them. Stay away. Far away!

The person with Direct General Auto Insurance hit my car on the back. I am trying to get my car fixed by their insurance. However they don't accept my evidences (they say we didn't receive it for almost a week) and adjuster Amalia C***** is rude and unprofessional.
Negative 10000000 stars! This company has the worst customer service ever, every employee has a bad attitude as if they just don't want to do the job they applied for at this point. It should NEVER take 2 years and counting to resolve this matter or **** any matter at this point. This piece of crap company is the worse I have ever dealt with! They are a -10 stars. From the adjuster Monda B******** who is just as horrible as the insurance company. I wouldn’t recommend this company if they were 2$ a month they are literally a piece of you know what. Customer service….trash! Expertise….Trash! Responding to accident reports and claims….Trash! I don’t see how they are even in business. I recommend cancel your coverage and fire them as your insurance provider. I don’t see how they are still in business!
I am very upset. My claim has not been handled professionally at all. I have been treated as the issue in this claim and will be forwarding my report. April 10th was the accident in which I was hit by a safe auto insurance holder and still have not had my damages fixed or anything past a photo estimate!
Oh boy I don't know where to begin December the 15th I did a water damage on my car my bumper came off so I noticed that national general sent me a check for $500 but Nationwide is telling me they sent a check for $3,000.
