Customer service online will ghost you for days. No tracking number is provided with your order. They cancel your order items without your knowledge but still charge you full price. RVCA, if my boyfriend doesn’t receive all of his gifts, I am going to be furious and tell everyone I know to never buy from your company. You have five days to make this right!!
Do NOT ORDER ONLINE. They’re scamming everyone. I ordered 3 weeks ago and I haven’t gotten any tracking number, and obviously no package. You can call them 1000x and they won’t pick up. They also won’t chat online. Do not ever buy.
These guys are committing fraud, I ordered stuff weeks ago and they never shipped it, no one answers customer service line. Definitely don’t buy online from them.
Does customer service even exist for you guys? I’ve tried calling since December 3... all I hear is your holiday hours and then the phone hangs up.. I’ve emailed 4 times and still haven’t had a response. Really disappointed in the company I used to love. Will not be shopping online with RVCA ever again.

I ordered something a couple of days ago and have yet to receive a confirmation email. I have emailed the company and called and still haven’t gotten a response. Being this close to Christmas, I can’t keep waiting and waiting. I need to know about my order. This is poorest customer service ever and you people should do better about replying to your customers. After this, I will not be ordering anything from here again.
I recently purchased the Zak Noyle Camera Bag II - when it first arrived I loved the design, but after minimal light use it started showing significant wear and tear. There are holes developing along the creases where the bag closes, the colour is fading, and the material seems to be flaking off in areas. This is after having it for less than a month, and I haven't even used it as a camera bag. For this price point, I was expecting something much better!
