Uh, RVCA, you suck. I pay 200$ for hats and shirts, and you ship them in a flimsy, crushed, not to mention open box which UPS then leaves in the bushes infront of the house. And your super sweet rewards program sucks, the promotion codes don't even work. Rant over
I have now waited an entire month for my order to arrive from your website. At first, my card was charged and my order status said “cancelled”. I called twice, and emailed, and no one could locate the order. So you guys refunded my card, awesome. Next, I get an email saying the order was magically located and they asked if I’d still like to order the product, to which I said yes. So my card got charged a second time. Understandable. They have “had” my money in the form of a store credit for four months. The codes don’t work on the website and they refuse to take my order over the phone. Worst customer service in the history of business. Waste of time dealing with them as they offer no solution to a problem that is theirs not mine! And they are traveling all over the world on my bank. If I could I would give them negative stars. They just don’t care!

I bought two pairs of jeans for my daughter and both were a disappointment. The button fell off one pair the first time washed. And, the belt loop broke on the second pair the first time she wore them. She was not wearing a belt and they are not too tight. These jeans are cheaply made especially for the purchase price. VERY IRRITATED and DISAPPOINTED! 😡

i purchased a jacket wind breaker, great for keeping the wind and rain out until all the zippers fell off which pretty much makes it useless. Wasn't cheap either, thought it would last longer than 10 months. Not happy and would not recommend.
