Come onnnn, it's been a week without a shipping confirmation! Why even have an online store if you don't ship when customers buy OR respond to their requests for an update! This is unreal coming from a legit company. The WORST customer service I've ever experienced.

If you try to email customer service or message them on social media expect to not get a response at all for over a week and counting. I still haven't received an order I placed in the first week of April and customer service wont respond to my emails or social media messages.
Currently not a happy customer at all. I ordered a white rash guard & blue bikini top & bottoms for an upcoming trip. Was super excited to get them only to find that instead I’ve received 2 black shirts - wrong item, wrong color, wrong size, wrong number of items, just wrong. My vacation is in 3 days, so I’m hoping when their office opens tomorrow (closed now) they can ship it in 2 days. If not, this will be my last order with this company. Purchased 3 items and returned one. Almost 3 weeks later and still no refund. Takes them 5-8 days to answer emails. Reason, backed up on orders. Sounds like a huge management or lack of issue. Needless to say we won’t be buying RVCA online ever again. Not worth the hassle. Do not buy if you are even contemplating a return. Trust me! Return arrived back to RVCA 4/6. It’s almost 4/30 and still nothing. Last emailed sent 4/13, response from RVCA 4/22. Unreal
I try not to marry any brand of clothing. But RVCA is definitely one of my favorite clothing brands. Texture is always nice and soft. And I seem to love the style a lot.
Sure does take a long time to ship out clothes. And no response at all you call and e mail. Nothing. Don’t buy online.
I’ve been trying to contact customer service about obtaining a return shipping label for the last 3 days with no answer. I call and no one picks. I’ve sent 3 emails. I would never order from them again because of this. I will be contacting the better business bureau if I don’t not hear from them today. Horrible service.
Make the return process less of a hassle. Along with that, be more timely with email responses. Why do I have to wait for someone to reply to an email request to get access to, or have a return label emailed to me? A very inefficient process and a huge turn off to ever order direct from the company again. In short, their clothing is nice, but their customer service (phone or email) is just awful. Do better RVCA! Until then, I certainly do not recommend.
