Horrible customer service. Took over a week to ship my order. Sent 4 emails to which they never responded back to any. Talked to customer service on the phone, to which they bold face lied to me about my order and when it was shipped. I strongly suggest to upper management that you fix your customer service issues. Your company is not that great for you to mistreat your customers. You just lost another one here. Never supporting your company again.
Hi guys, I placed an order more 10 days ago, the money was taken from my account but still no shipping, customer service is impossible to reach by mail, by phone, Instagram DM #shame!!!!! I have no choice than leaving a comment here to say it is just so unprofessional from you, so disappointing, i am waiting for an answer from you quickly.

They declined my order and now my money is pending and I have to wait 30 days to get at it ,I really wish I would have seen how terrible their customer service is ,hope I get my money back geese worst online experience ever.

RecommendedAll their clothes are top notch. Softest shirts and rad training gear for bjj or even regular gym stuff. If I had more money it’d be one of the only brands I wear but till then I enjoy the select pieces I get! Amazing clothes and the best fanny pack I own thank you!!
