RecommendedRVCA is the best! Absolutely love the shorts!
Ordered a coat on the 30th December and had to wait 5 weeks for it to be delivered. I returned the coat over a month ago as it wasn’t suitable and I have heard nothing since. RVCA’s customer service is non existent - they absolutely do not care! From the reviews it seems that many of your customers are out of pocket. This is theft and I will NEVER buy from your brand again.
I ordered £75 worth of clothes at the beginning of Feb and have never received them. Delivery compost said address and customs invoice was not filled out properly so they had returned to send. I still have had no response to 3 emails and no refund. I don’t know what to do? Customer service is non existent. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. Some please contact me about a refund
Great clothing terrible service took a month to get my first order but then thought hey great stuff so I will order some more. Lost in the wilderness that is DPD!!! Not their fault but rubbish customer care.

Worst company I'm the world to buy from they took my money for 4 items almost 2 month ago iv contacted them On fb Instagram and email with not 1 reply iv had to go to the bank to report this and get my money back I will never buy from these again terrible company
Product is faulty - ink transfer from a simple cool wash as stated on care tags - no reply on any platform, contacted the store of purchase and was offered a replacement at my own expense to post back - why would I want a pair of pants I can’t wash and why should I be out of pocket? Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
