Jai acheté le 20 juillet au magasin RVCA de hossegor le short : ESCAPE ELASTIC - SHORT À TAILLE ÉLASTIQUE UNI POUR HOMME couleur olive Après seulement un mois d’utilisation la couleur sur la face avant du short est quasiment partie. Pourtant je lave mes habits en délicat à 30 degrés. Ce qu’il s’est passé c’est que j’ai fait une balade d’une journée au soleil avec et ce dernier la complètement décoloré. This is a ghost company, after waiting 40 days finally was able to speak to a representative and getting my money back, now I do have to wait 7 working days more, they sent a tracking number as soon as I paid but never really sent anything, USPS never recognized those fake numbers, now I know that I wasn’t the only one scammed, they should took advantage of Zac Efron’s publicity on the show and be a good clothing company, and this is why we care less if it’s a USA brand, even Chinese send what they charge for on less time an... read more

Be leery of ordering. Placed order 7/16/20 for 2 pair of shorts. 7/23/20 i was sent tracking info and informed tracking info would be updated within 3-5 days. 7/31/20 emailed to see why still no update. Was informed the postal carriers are slow to update but assured it left their warehouse and not to worry. 8/13/20 still no update to tracking info and was informed that my order should have been sent out but wasn’t. So now i hope to get a refund. I’m sure it will be treated with the same care and diligence my order was.

I don’t think RVCA appreciates its Canadian customers. For 4+ Weeks it’s been advertising that it can’t deliverto Canada for the next 1-2 weeks; how about an update with a realistic time frame! Furthermore, RVCA keeps sending advertisements to me even though it won’t accept my business. Stop sending emails to customers you won’t do business with. Got told this week that they had shipped my order but on the link it says it was delivered over a week ago to which I've never received it, tried emailing 3 times and calling them but either no response or someone hangs up as soon as the call connects, shocking service! how difficult is it to speak to someone!??

Wish I had read these reviews about shipping and customer service earlier! I will NEVER buy online from them again, but they had something that my local surf shop didn’t have. Very disappointed in the customer service and shipping! Put in a refund request with my credit card company since RVCA hasn’t shipped my order and are still charging me.

It’s been 15-days since I placed an order. They finally sent me a tracking number that didn’t work for a week. Now, another week later that tracking number says UPS is still waiting on them to bring my order to the shipping facility. I’ve emailed multiple times and received the same exact response each time. When I call, I get a recording. Not worth the hassle! They have my $500 and I’m stuck in limbo. Check out Lulu and Prana for some actual customer service and good apparel instead of this robbery.

Order cancelled two weeks after ordering with no notification. Product is still available on website. Customer service is zero help.
