No sense of urgency! Please don’t purchase from RVCA! I understand about the current situation we are in but other retailers are in the same situation and do not take weeks to process an order!
I understand that COVID causes some delays, but an entire month without receiving my order is a little ridiculous. I ordered in the beginning of July to have for my vacation, spent over 100 dollars, and now I won’t receive it in time. It took two weeks to even process the order. There is no tracking update to be found anywhere. Have not had this kind of issue on deliveries with any other company.
Shipping in unacceptbale. Lack of Customer Service unacceptable. Waiting for a month for an order with no updates unacceptable.
Placed an order close to a month ago and it still says processing on the online system. UPS says the package is missing. I tried to email and it bounces back as undeliverable, I tried calling customer service and no one is available, I tried calling corporate and also no one is available. I have over $100 charged to my credit card and no product and no way to get anyone live. Do not order from them direct! Horrible experience.
Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order 5 days ago for an order that I needed by July 24th. They still have not shipped the order. I called customer service thinking I could at least get a refund. They stated the refund may or may not be approved due to company policies and if the refund is not approved my product eventually will be shipped and I can ship it back for a refund which ill take much longer... Terrible customer service and the slowest shipping you will ever see.
over 3 weeks shipping for 1 item with paid shipping! ordered from a similar company, same location and free shipping arrived in a couple days
Worst customer service, they are not helpful at all, didnt get the right product, had an item missing, no refund and no answer, will never buy again nor recommend
