The absolute worst company.
This is a sham company!!!!!!!!!!1 paid for my order, but cannot get through to see if it is being processed! Phone calls result in message : We cannot take calls at this time". More than 2 months, and never been refunded for my order. They stole my cash! And unable to join them...in every way! So make the good choice and buy somewhere else!
I do not recommend ordering from this site. I ordered a size small bikini bottom and received a size medium pinstripe one piece bathing suit. They didn't provide a return packing slip and when I emailed them at the address given on the receipt, it was an invalid address. I called customer service and spoke to a rep who said she would email me the invoice and return slip within 10 min and it has been 3 hours and I still have not received the email. Never received my order. Still waiting for a refund. Their customer service email always returns my messages as undeliverable. Customer Service telephone is always a long wait. NOT HAPPY. Had to contact my bank to dispute charge for charges because rvca wouldn't help.
They don't answer phones, emails or fulfill orders correctly. I'm upset because Ive been calling for three days to see what happened with my order. I finally got the customer rep on the phone she seemed overly eager to give me a refund, I didn't want a refund I want what I ordered. I earned what I paid for. For you to send me nan item that was paid for.
Start with answering the phone and your emails and you may sell some product. I like your shorts, but that is not enough.
