Order placed 12 days ago. Payment taken immediately, but order status still states "pending". Contacted seller via the 'contact us' form on website to query order status 5 days ago, and am still awaiting response. Very poor customer service. I expect delays due to Covid but no response to customer queries seems to be a common theme when reading other reviews, and does not give the customer any deal of confidence.
STILL NO RESPONSE what kind of customer service is this ? Service déplorable, je n'ai jamais vu des incompétents pareil. Commande effectuée mi juillet, nous sommes fin septembre et je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Malgré les mails RVCA n'envoi que des réponses automatiques sans jamais répondre au problème. Injoignable par mail il est impossible de les contacter donc. Je vous déconseille fortement de commander chez eux — feeling angry.
