Probably one of the poorest customer service I ever met. Ordered 3 items last week, still no one know where my purchase order is! Wrote several emails without getting any reply. If this Is the service you provide to new customers, you shouldn't even start to sell your items online! I even don't know how to cancel my order as nobody's helping me! 0 stars and next time I'll choose another brand

very poor service at the Ballito branch. i bought a hoody last year November and only realised when i took it home that it had stains that was not visible when at the store but can be seen properly when outside. the manager did not give me time to explain he just ignored me amd semt one of his stuff to tell me that he can not help me without even talking to me. i just left the hoody and went home i was so angry at him for not attending me and giving me reasons as to why i cant change the item. since then i have not been in t... read more
If you’re a bigger guy (3XL), don’t shop here. They have nothing for you. They, along with so many other clothing companies, don’t seem to care about bigger folks.

I’ve recently bought a product that’s faulty. I emailed RVCA for an exchange and I had no response! Even after a second email, I know they are getting them as I get an automated response to say they will reply. Over a week with nothing!? Not good enough! So far poor quality product and no apparent customer service at all! Looks like a lot of people have had the same or similar issue as me regarding no response! Please contact me RVCA!
bought a 45 dollar hat on less than a week the color bleed so bad it's ruined! no warranty store wouldn't take it back brutal .
