Placed two separate orders within a few days of each other (the second order because most of the items in my first order were cancelled without notice prior to shipping). Both orders were marked as shipped but UPS has confirmed both packages were never even picked up from them. Attempts to contact RVCA support (phone and email) are unsuccessful or without any answers.

I love RVCA and have shopped on the website for years because it is the only place that I can find stuff in my size. I never had any issues until recently. my last two orders were cancelled because the items weren't in stock. so now I can't find stuff locally or online. I'm done with RVCA until you sort out your online store!!!!!!
I absolutely love RVCA, but just had the worse e-commerce/online store experience I could imagine. They lost my loyalty over something easily fixable and preventable. Bummer! I ordered a hoodie, days later the order was cancelled without any notification. A week or two goes by, I asked customer service for help. This place is AWFUL. I returned the two shirts I purchased over 2 WEEKS ago. I have not received confirmation that my items were received and I've been calling for DAYS during business hours to get my refund. I have taken into account that it was closed for the holidays, but the holidays are over now so it would be nice if someone would pick up the phone or answer an email. NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN. I feel like I was ripped off.
supposedly they sent my goodie in he mail but no package, called post office, they never had anything for me. not sure what they are pulling. this sucks, I would love to get a refund so can stick with billabong. they actually come through.
I've been waiting for an update from RVCA for days in regards to my MISSING order. I've sent replies and follow ups but to no avail. This is super lousy customer service. And I've ordered my items since 29th November. It's been 3 weeks.
Don't buy online, they have no customer support. I've emailed, called, etc.. no answer. Can't get help with my missing items in order, going to dispute with my CC company
They are ripping people off! Ordered and it never came, won’t answer the phone, won’t reply to my numerous emails. I wish I had read all of these reviews before buying. Don’t order online from them, you will never get your order!
