A pipe was broken that goes into my toilet, the general incoming water valve was too hard that I couldn't shut it off, causing my 2nd floor overflowing and leaking to 1st floor; Russo Bro & Co sent a plumber right away, arrived in 15 min, shut off the general incoming water valve, then repaired everything, I also replaced the general water valve under the plumber's suggestion, now everything is repaired and works, plus I have a new general water valve that can easily be turned off water all over the house should any leaking ... read more
Russo Bros is a slam dunk! After our pipes burst they were at our house in 30 minutes ... great, fast, efficient service.. highly recommended
They were quickly on-site working their magic. We weren't quite sure where the issue was, as far as clog location. They accurately diagnosed the issue and were able to repair it. Very professional and repaired the damage in one day.
They responded fast and performed the repairs in a professional manner.
