Great job, but expensive

They did a great job on replacing the sump pump.

MIght be a little expensive but provide excellent service. We use them for all of our plumbing needs now, not just irrigation
Russo installed gas piping and an outdoor gas grill for me. They are very professional and very good, but they are also a bit expensive.

The estimate for pulling out a home depot acrylic 36" modular shower was about $1000. I was told that it would also include fixing damage to the pipe/drain if there was no additional demolition to be done. When the shower unit was removed, it was evident that the leak was due to a faulty installation and there was no repairs necessary to either the drain or the pipe. I was told that I still had to pay $1000 for the 2.5 hours one employee spent removing the shower unit. That breaks down to an hourly rate that is higher than a... read more

The client called us due to a leak from her shower into her 1st floor ceiling.On 9/16 we sent out a tech to diagnose the problem.We explained it could be her shower or a waste line issue, we wouldn?t know until we removed the shower & that this would be extra.On 9/17 we returned & removed & properly disposed of the shower walls, base & door.After we informed the client the original pan, sub floor & drain assembly were improperly installed by others & it would be extra to correct the situation.She declined the work & felt thi... read more

Came on time as promised and plumber was prepared to provide price and begin work imediately. Installed new sumerged pump and battery backup pump. Workman shipment was very good but the price was higher than expected. I accepted a higher price because of the convience of getting the work done immediately

Big company = big price tag and not necessarily knowledge. In my case, they repaired a leak under my sink. The cost was 2.5x anyone else.
