Joe from Russo Bros was a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service technician. Russo Bros had great hours and were able to come out on a Saturday in short notice. Their prices seem slightly above average but you get what you pay for and their service was fantastic and they fully guarantee their work. Thank you

Excellent service. They give you the price, not an estimate. They got the job scheduled quickly, were on time, and were extremely neat. The plumber even wore booties over his shoes while in my house. I have recommended them to friends and will definitely use them again.

The plumber couldn't fix the problem but he told us what we needed to do to fix it.

They contacted me right away to schedule the appointment and then called to let me know when the plumber was on his way. He was punctual, knowledgable and courteous. But they charged me $400 for steam boiler winter startup, and then quoted over $1200 to replace a defective low-water emergency shut-off. I called another company and they replaced it for $341. Although I decided not to replae the boiler, Russo quoted about $6,000 to replace it All in all, I would recommend Russo Bros., but you should shop around and make sure y... read more
