I have nothing positive to say. The technician noted that there was a slight gas leak from the gas valve and charged me a diagnostic fee of $150. I asked whether the gas valve could be tightened because it surely looked like it could. The tech said "no" and told me that I would need to replace the ENTIRE water heater. The cost would be approx. $1000. Of course the explanation given to me to warrant a new water heater made no sense so when I turned down the advice and paid the site visit of $45 and the diagnostic fee of $150,... read more

This client was having trouble with his water heater for over a month after PSE&G had replaced parts and attempted to repair it. Our technician determined the "Root Cause" of the problem was a gas leak on the heater. For saftey reasons we recommended the heater be replaced. The client declined. After speaking with him, we learned PSE&G came out and made the repair based upon our findings.
Highly professional team, great customer service, started and completed the entire job as promised. They are a little pricey, but they deliver and that justified it for me.

prompt, courteous and efficient service. yes they are pricey as other reviews have mentioned, but you definitely get what you pay for. Their professionalism was way above the others who were competing for my business. I highly recommend them to others considering their services.
