He was here when they said they would be. He handled and was prepaired for unexpected problems that occured. I was impressed with the fact that he wore covers on his shoes to protect the carpet while setting up the job. Then he layed out his own drop cloths. It is rare to see that much concern or respect any more.

I found Russo Bros. To be competent and professional. The company calls to let you know when a plumber will be dispatched to your home to help narrow down the "wait time" window. I would strongly suggest that if you are purchasing the plumbing supplies yourself that you ask the plumber to give you the exact specifications. I try to cut down on costs by making the purchases myself. Overall, I would use Russo Bros.
