I needed a water softener and both sump pumps replaced. They quick, quiet, and respectful of my home. The work they did functions great and I'm extremely happy with their work.

Russo Brothers did a great job replacing my kitchen sink and faucet. However, I provided the sink and the faucet and I was charged $825 for labor and a plastic part that I could have purchased at Home Depot for about $10. The job took about 2 hours so for me the price was absolutely ridiculous and I would not use them again.

We also made a return trip to your home that we did not charge for. In total the job took close to 4hrs. We apologize you feel this way. We stand behind our straight forward pricing and always show our clients the prices before doing the work.
I had to replace my AC unit and attic air handler after 14 years. Russo Bros. did a very professional, clean & top quality job. On the day the work was being performed, the service manager and the owner show up to check on the progress of the project and to check on our satisfaction. They are a little bit more expensive than others however, you get what you pay for..... service with top quality craftsmanship is what you get with this company. I would highly recommend this company. Andrew W
