Through job Jay was efficient and did a super job. he even perform a complimentary home inspection
I called their number at 8:15pm and spoke to someone in person who had a technician call me back. That tech contacted me within 10 minutes and asked what my issue was and then told me that he'd have a service team here by 9am the next morning. He also confirmed my contact number and said that I'd receive call from their person by 8am to confirm. I received my call at 7:35am and they were here by 8:30am that next morning. Russo Bros. & Co. recently installed a new heating and air conditioning system in my home. From the initial phone call, to the estimate and installation, Russo Bros. provided exceptional service. Pat was an expert in evaluating the situation, paying attention to all details, providing us with various options, in a timely fashion. The team of skilled professionals who installed our system were professional, knowledgeable, timely and clean. I would highly recommend Russo Bros. & Co. for their excellent service!
Courteous and professional.
I was overall pleased with the work done however felt like it was very expensive to fix leaks in faucets. They were not able to fix them all and I am not an expert so have to trust what they told me. After spending $1000 on fixing faucet leaks I am not inclined to pay more to get a second opinion.
