Bill and the person in the office were very pleasant.
They came quickly and did not take long to replace the water heater.
Efficiently managed, individual showed up when scheduled, completed job in less than an hour (in very tight working quarters). It was expensive, and the $49 visit fee could be waived if you award the job, but overall satisfied with outfits performance.

A very professional company. I had an emergency that was handled in a very timely fashion that helped reduce the amount of damage that would have occurred.
I didn't know exactly what was needed. Plumber used probing camera to search into ceiling and found the leak. Great my entire downstairs bathroom ceiling was not torn down . Small section to be replaced only! Worker did not mind me standing around and looking into the camera. Work was done quickly and no more leak!
They were the first to respond to my request. The plumber arrived when he said he would, he was very courteous and he accomplished the work efficiently. However, I was absolutely shocked at their charge of $800 to replace a garbage disposal! I have no problem paying for professional service, but that price was just way out of line for the work performed. (Price included a new disposal.) In that I was on vacation and had house sitters, I had no other reasonable choice but to pay them and get it repaired. Lesson learned.
I am a new customer of Russo Bros. and, even though their prices are not the cheapest around, I am pretty confident in the quality of their work. I had a repair done by Brad P., a very pleasant and thorough technician, who helped me understand how the system controller works! During previous visit (Activation), another technician found & corrected some mistakes were made by my previous service company (like NOT using waterproof caps on in-ground wire connections).
