Very professional work. They explained the work very clearly and made sure I was satisfied for the work. Would give 5 stars except that a handy man would have been a better choice for the work that was done. Didn't require a plumber necessarily so the cost was appropriate to the skill level but had I been able to wait I could have gotten a better price on The simpler work. I recommend them if your looking for a good plumber.
Phil B was great. He came on time, fixed our plumbing issue with our hot water heater, he as very clean and fast. I would highly recommend Russo Bros for future plumbing projects

I was given a time frame between 8 and 12 and the technician showed up at 8:45. It was a minor problem and the technician did not try to make it into something major. Will definitely use them in the future.
