I had a kitchen faucet removed and replaced with one that I had purchased. Work was done and done well but to the tune of over $400. Unfortunately due to the time crunch I had to authorize the work, but a total rip off for such a small job. Will not use Russo Bro again due to high cost for small project.

Went through troubleshooting all potential reasons for a possible leak with me. After I asked him to open up the ceiling and we ran all water it looked like the issue we had was not plumbing related but potentially a portable humidifier leak coinciding with a backup shower being used. Was great to have the peace of mind that we would not have any major water damage with a plumbing leak. Plumber also answered multiple questions I had which was greatly appreciated.
Had technicians from Russo in my house on 3 separate occasions. The house we purchased had an on demand propane water heater that was not working. Tech fixed the heater and gave us a quote for replacing and/or updating the valves for our laundry unit. Heater failed again 2 days later. Another technician, Joe ,came out to fix it while I was at work. My wife and her elderly parents were present. The first time we worked at (consumer name withheld per their request) home (5/26/17) was for no hot water on his tankless, propane water heater. Our technician diagnosed the problem and found that the pilot light was out due to the pilot tube being clogged. The technician then cleared the clog and was able to get the unit to run. Upon further diagnosis the technician noticed that the tankless water heater as well as another appliance was venting into the chimney. They did a good job but, it was over $1200. I probably could have gotten it done for less money.
Very professional
Work was completed in two visits. 1st visit discovered faulty solder joints by original plumber. 2nd visit was at my request to repair other joints by same. Could have been more cost effective if this suggestion was not declined at the first visit.
