When most guys retire, they decide to take it easy, maybe play a little golf or something. Not Russ Salvatore—he built a contemporary restaurant and luxury hotel to run in his retirement. Salvatore, who has been in the restaurant business over 40 years, founded Salvatore's Italian Gardens and Salvatore's Grand Hotel, which he operated until his retirement. Me and my husband went Saturday night for our second wedding anniversary . We had such an amazing time . The food was outstanding and the service was on the ball . I put my drink down and literally my next drink was on the table infront of me . The wait staff were amazing . Our room was beautiful . We will definitely be coming back many times . One disappointment , I wanted to meet Russell!!!! Hehe next time :)

My husband took me here for our anniversary. I had the lobster tail and my husband the filet. The service, food and atmosphere was wonderful. We enjoyed ebuethknf and would definitely return.

As always, we had a great experience. Our food was cooked to perfection and the service was outstanding. We complimented both our waiter and busboy as they were both excellent and made our experience even better.

Five star stay as well as a five-star restaurant Russell is one of the best guys I've Ever Met. We Hung Out & I Introduced him to the HipHop icon Raeqwon The Chef. The only hotel I've ever stayed at in Buffalo New York or the surrounding areas. �Screeeeeeeeam@Me
