When most guys retire, they decide to take it easy, maybe play a little golf or something. Not Russ Salvatore—he built a contemporary restaurant and luxury hotel to run in his retirement. Salvatore, who has been in the restaurant business over 40 years, founded Salvatore's Italian Gardens and Salvatore's Grand Hotel, which he operated until his retirement. My husband and I go to stay at Russell's and have dinner every year for our anniversary. We always have a wonderful meal, and a great stay. This year felt different. Our waiter, Ryan, made a point to give us an excellent dining experience and a special anniversary evening. As always, checking in and out were quick, and the room was clean and comfortable. Thanks for another great evening, see you next year!

We celebrated my Grandma's 91st birthday last night at Russell's! Our waiter Andrew was wonderful! As were all of the additional servers. We had a wonderful experience and will be back again soon!

Went there for their Tuesday special! So delicious and so much to choose from. As always a class act by Russell Salvatore who went to every table to ask if enjoyed their meal.

We were in NY on a business trip from Texas and came to this restaurant the food was extremely delicious and the staff along with Russell were all very nice and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a nice place to have dinner

Went for a nice night experience was good though not perfect spent almost $300 plus having the jacuzzi package but we had to send our food back because of how it was prepared and had our dessert delivered to our room so we could start our romantic night but the dessert was a mess

Best pampering care, food and elegant ambiance in WNY!!!! Now have to brag in USA!!!. Was recently in LAS VEGAS with 9 friends at their idea of "Fine dining". I Boasted about Russell's as the turf was grisly & inedible and the surf was chewy. I saw my server for food distribution and the check. Russell sets a high bar for expectation. UNBELIEVABLE! HUGE MOUTHWATERING STEAK! Loved the bar. The ambiance is very relaxing. Bit pricy but worth it. Nice meeting you Salvatore Russell!
