When most guys retire, they decide to take it easy, maybe play a little golf or something. Not Russ Salvatore—he built a contemporary restaurant and luxury hotel to run in his retirement. Salvatore, who has been in the restaurant business over 40 years, founded Salvatore's Italian Gardens and Salvatore's Grand Hotel, which he operated until his retirement. Great food awesome service would recommend this place to everyone.
My husband Wally and I had such a great time for our 4th anniversary! The quality of the food was top-notch and absolutely delicious! We liked how the dining room is very intimate and romantic. The bar had a lively, rock concert vibe. It was the first time we did the overnight stay with the jacuzzi! We will definitely be back!!! The service was amazing from the time we checked in, to dinner, to breakfast the next morning, all the way to checking out!

We always enjoy going to Russell's the fillet Neptune is phenomenal , our waiter Ryan knew what we wanted before we did, and desert was a perfect ending to a great meal. A bit pricey but well worth the money!!

My Mom and Dad asked me where I wanted to go for my (11th) birthday dinner, and of course I picked Russell's. ( We usually stay overnight there once a year for a mini winter family get away). Our waiter was Andrew, he was fantastic! He made me a special kiddy cocktail to celebrate my birthday. We all had Filet mignon, which you could just about cut with a fork. M-m-m good! Amazing!great place very professional staff. It was my anniversary and they made my wife and I feel very special, even upgraded our room on the house. We will definitely be returning. The food was perfect! Would highly recommend! It was absolutely amazing to see Russell himself this morning folding napkins and making sure the breakfast was right. The naval memorial was another highlight it was absolutely beautiful. Your staff and establishment made our anniversary so special!

Food was great...ALL OF THE WAITERS ARE WEIRD ..THEY DONT HAVE A SENSE OF HUMOR AND WHEN RUSSELL CAME OUT HE WENT TO EVERY TABLE BUT OURS...LOL... Not sure why but like I stated the food was great which is why we went there...

Birthday dinner and stay for my wife and I. Everything was beyond our expectations. It started from the check-in being treated like royalty, every staff member you run into we're so polite and friendly. Words can't describe our dinner. The best filet I have ever had.
