When most guys retire, they decide to take it easy, maybe play a little golf or something. Not Russ Salvatore—he built a contemporary restaurant and luxury hotel to run in his retirement. Salvatore, who has been in the restaurant business over 40 years, founded Salvatore's Italian Gardens and Salvatore's Grand Hotel, which he operated until his retirement. Had our company Christmas party there last night. The food was AMAZING, the service was Beyond belief!! I have never been there before as for it is a bit over a hour drive from my house, But I will definitely be going there often, because it is well worth the drive!! We are even looking into booking a package for a overnight stay there. This place is truly Magical !!

We have been here several times before and have never been let down. The service is first class. The dinner for two menu is excellent. From the starter salad to the dessert the food was superb.. My favorite entrée is the Peppercorn Crusted Pork Chop. My better half goes for the filet mignon. This is a class act from the greeting at check in to Mr. Salvatore wishing us a good night on the way out.

Excellent restaurant. The Staff was great as well as the food and atmosphere... The Patriots and Heroes Park is a very touching attraction.... Is Definately a 5 star all the way around! See you soon:)
