When most guys retire, they decide to take it easy, maybe play a little golf or something. Not Russ Salvatore—he built a contemporary restaurant and luxury hotel to run in his retirement. Salvatore, who has been in the restaurant business over 40 years, founded Salvatore's Italian Gardens and Salvatore's Grand Hotel, which he operated until his retirement. Just left after our 3rd time there. Was amazing as always. The quality for the price can't be beat. Make sure you ask for Allen to be your server. Best server I've ever had.

Very disappointing experience for my daughters Graduation Celebration which we had been looking forward to given the standard of service and food. The evening started off with a very poor reception by Mr. Salvatore himself since two of our guests were not able to join at the very last minute and his response was 'you should have called us' vs. let us make that adjustment. We were celebrating our 45th. Wedding Anniversary. The smiles that greeted us as soon as we entered the restaurant made us feel right at home. The servers were professional but warm at the same time. The food OUTSTANDING. Definitely would like to return soon.

Went here for the overnight/dinner package for our anniversary! Service was wonderful! Hotel was beautiful! Food was delicious and the service was impeccable! Can't wait to go back!
