When most guys retire, they decide to take it easy, maybe play a little golf or something. Not Russ Salvatore—he built a contemporary restaurant and luxury hotel to run in his retirement. Salvatore, who has been in the restaurant business over 40 years, founded Salvatore's Italian Gardens and Salvatore's Grand Hotel, which he operated until his retirement. This place has the most class, best food and beverages of ANYWHERE in Upstate NY. It is not to be missed. What more can I say... my wife and I have been here six times in last two years and its just FANTASTIC. We will be celebrating our 46 th wedding anniversary here in October. My wife and I simply can’t wait. BRAVO !!!
