When most guys retire, they decide to take it easy, maybe play a little golf or something. Not Russ Salvatore—he built a contemporary restaurant and luxury hotel to run in his retirement. Salvatore, who has been in the restaurant business over 40 years, founded Salvatore's Italian Gardens and Salvatore's Grand Hotel, which he operated until his retirement. RecommendedWe celebrated our 33rd anniversary this evening. Food, beverages and service was outstanding. Attention to detail was impeccable! When we decided not to order dessert, our sweet waiter brought out a nice surprise to celebrate our anniversary!

Best dinner ever. Our waiter, Nick, was very nice and attentive. Had the filet, was amazing! And the creme brûlée was the best I ever had. It’s soooo worth it!
