When most guys retire, they decide to take it easy, maybe play a little golf or something. Not Russ Salvatore—he built a contemporary restaurant and luxury hotel to run in his retirement. Salvatore, who has been in the restaurant business over 40 years, founded Salvatore's Italian Gardens and Salvatore's Grand Hotel, which he operated until his retirement. Hi Russel, I come here regularly now, we met this evening, I am the guy from Ireland who had Japanese customers with me. Once again superb service and great food and Wine , please thank the Server we had, sorry forgot his name but he was very professional. A great place to eat, thank you, I will be bringing my wife over from Dublin soon to enjoy a meal here too..

Always a wonderful experience! Food was fantastic & the staff wonderful!! We love bringing our boys (16 & 12) to celebrate occasions. They love it too!
We went with a party of 8 for the over night package and dinner. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and treated us wonderful. The entire wait staff was great and our food was delicious. From the appetizer down to the dessert. We all left dinner full and satisfied. Our room was beautiful and the King bed was awesome (wish I had one at home). The night out with our closest friends and family was a great time!
