When most guys retire, they decide to take it easy, maybe play a little golf or something. Not Russ Salvatore—he built a contemporary restaurant and luxury hotel to run in his retirement. Salvatore, who has been in the restaurant business over 40 years, founded Salvatore's Italian Gardens and Salvatore's Grand Hotel, which he operated until his retirement. We got there almost closing time. Got our table . The food was out of this world. I was worried they would rush us out of there. It was the opposite. Most places would of been mad to get a table so close to closing. Not Russells. Service was great our servers name was Mike B. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Thank you and we will be back . Next time we will try to be earlier.

Our stay was very wonderful and the dinner was amazing. Everyone was so nice. We celebrate are 14 years anniversary. We did the package. Not to expensive. We will come back in two years. Thank you for the wonderful time.

What an incredible night! The food was outstanding, and the service is unrivaled. Came for a birthday dinner for a friend and had to bring our 3 month old. The manager, Jay, went out of his way to make sure our baby had a comfortable changing area. Our server (I so wish I could remember his name) was just incredible. I mean the best I've ever had. He even took our fussy baby for a little bit so we could enjoy our meals! What an outstanding establishment.

just left for our 7th anniversary dinner! I can't say enough about the service and the food. we always feel like royalty. Gary was our server and he was amazing. thank you for the great experience once again! see yas in a few weeks!!

Celebrated another fantastic and memorable dinner at Russell's. Everything is always above par and tonight's dinner did not disappoint. Julie, our waitress was awesome! Steaks were the best in WNY! And even Russell himself greeted us and led us to our table! Very classy! Looking forward to our next dining experience!
