Ruby s Diner was established in 1980, after junior-high buddies Doug Cavanaugh and Ralph Kosmides renovated a dilapidated building on the end of Balboa Pier in Newport Beach, Calif. The 1940s-style restaurant, which was located in a former bait shop, became an immediate hit, taking in $600,000 in the first year. In the second year, sales exceeded $1 million. People who complain they Definetly wanted free staff but everytime i go is good service bomb food so is all good is not a 5 � place you know so maube is not 4 you
One of our Favorite places for lunch !!!!!! excellent service from Lupe and great food and shakes !!!!!....Bathrooms needed cleaning , and floors were dirty . But still had a good lunch !!!!!!!..........Steve
The food is always very good with good portions. The service is great, and you receive your food in a timely manner. The prices are also reasonable.
