baby floor and NICU sucks I went into labor at 20 week held him in till 32 and they came n my room and asked me if I was faking my contractions?!?!?! like how can anyone fake?!! and the NICU treated me like I was a bad mother bc they thought I was a teenager I couldn't hold my boy until the day after he was born 🤬🤬
My Dr direct admitted me and got great care. They kept close watch and had great nurses on 6 floor. But I’ve been to that New HaHa ER well that’s the dirtiest place I’ve ever saw. And doctors and staff not so nice. Old ER before that crappy remodel was better. Sad how trying to improve something and made it worse. *Please clean the bathroom and stains on floor. Smells very bad also.

My youngest son suffered a subdural hematoma and was flow to Ruby Memorial from Wheeling, WV. The neuro icu staff were wonderful. They did their best, but the damage was too great and he passed away. The neuro icu staff were competent and compassionate.
Everything is great about Ruby Memorial they are very good
Amazing ortho with Dr. Tager . Very kid friendly and amazing to work with cares about the patients !
