RecommendedWe went to two other hospital that were closer to us and both just wrote us off as overly concerned parents. When our sons condition got worse I took him to the ER at Ruby. They determined that our son would need surgery to drain an abscess that wasn’t responding to his antibiotic. They kept us overnight, scheduled him first thing in the morning and had us out by lunch time. We had a very good experience.
Their dedication, Their Kindness and make you feel comfortable.

the staff is absolutely amazing! doctors, nurses, specialists, even the interns are wonderful ! I absolutely am 100% pleased with how my baby has been treated and how everything's been explained to me / granting my permission before doing anything to her medically.

Our family would like to thank you for the excellent care given to our 91 year old father. The Doctors, Surgeons, OR Staff, Med Students, RN’s, CNA’s, Aides, Case Manager, Cleaning staff. We are from the Charleston area & were transported from Women’s and Children’s to here Friday night. Walking into this hospital was a breath of fresh air. The staff right off the bat was friendly as can be. Always offering to help, to get us anything,etc. The facility itself is so clean. I’ve never seen a cleaner hospital. The entire 6th floor that I’ve met so far is awesome and much appreciated. ❤️ I definitely recommend this hospital.
