Amazing staff and service.
Because they have caring Doctors and Nurses and stuff.
If you’re sick do not come to the emergency room unless you come by ambulance �! You’ll die before they see you. Been here since a little after 1230 with my almost 80 year old mother with a possible blocked carotid artery or a brain issue. We were sent from the doctors office. Let me reiterate if coming here come by ambulance or take a plane to a real major city where you’ll be seen much quicker and treated with respect. Ive been a nurse for 20 years and this place makes me sick to see the care they give their patients out of 26 nurses in a week i can honestly say only 10 should be nurses and the doctors arent anybetter in fact they are worse
The staff was all great, the dietary aides, the housekeepers, the nurses, the doctors, the surgeons, the student nurses, the cna's and ca's, the radiologists, phlebotomists, all the specialists, everyone. I do want to add that the ICU staff was on top of everything, they monitored my husband so closely. Everyone took so good care of him and even me the guest. � I recommend this hospital, thank you for everything.
I heard Ruby was the best place to have a baby until my son was born and they acted like all his health problems was common he was in the NICU which did a good job up until they said he couldn't come in our room cuz he was spitting up and after we all left the hospital and he was doing it they said he had reflex and it was fine they was rude during our stay there while I was in labor and after I wouldn't recommend them at all to anyone worst first labor and horrible midwife and staff at wvu!!!
Was taken to Ruby for a broken lower left leg due to an automobile accident, have never been treated better, with more respect or with the professionalism by anyone.
