Always courteous always on time, professional and great doctors. Hospital is clean which means a lot to me.
The absolute worse place to go to that requires any testing for diagnosis. A broken bone they may be ok but other than that they couldn't find their ass with both hands. You cannot request a doctor. You must have students. All experimental and they should not be allowed to charge for experimental practice. Please take my advice and go elsewhere. This is a very sorry institution.
The care our mom received in all departments was so great! From Intensive care, advice, Hospice, etc. was so helpful. Thanks again WVU!!!
Usually have no issues with Ruby but omg. We have been here since 10 and she went to go get a CT scan and x-ray about 2 hours ago and we have been sitting here with no one walking into the room. A nurse comes in and says I apologize but they forgot to take you for x-rays you have around another hour. Are you kidding me.
People treated my mom and family like they were the only people there ,want to thank them for there caring attitude
