Called at 7:15am for same day service, was told a tech would arrive between 8am and 9am...he arrived at 8am sharp. I was given 3 quotes, the lowest one fixed the problem and not a penny over. Very impressed!

I called Roto-Rooter for an estimate on a toilet repair, and they came within the hour. The serviceman - Pete, #2136 - discovered the problem quickly, and was able to fix it in just over an hour. I had a $30 coupon which was deducted from my bill, making it less than the phone estimates of any other plumber I called. Pete was courteous, pleasant, and efficient, and knew his job well. I'm totally satisfied and will not hesitate to call them again if I need to.

I've used Roto-Rooter several times for clogs and rebuilding of the mechanism in my toilets that were aged or not working correctly. I have found them to be extremely accessible when needed and the technicians to be knowledgeable. Dave # 4336 in particular is excellent, giving great advice and quickly fixing any issues. I highly recommend them!

We had to call Roto-Rooter on a Sunday afternoon when our toilets and tubs started backing up and flooding the bathroom. They were here within 30 mins of us calling. Donovan Dixie was our technician #3032. He was excellent and very personable and knowledgable. He explained everything he was doing, and what the problems were. All of our drains seemed to drain slowly and the technician, Eliseo #1207 recommended we try to clean our main drain line. He cleared the clog (Small roots have grown into our drain line) thoroughly; I feel like he ran the machine through at least four (4) times, out came a large matt of small roots. It was past 9:00PM and we had a clogged main drain; our toilets were overfilling and when we attempted to use the plunger a bunch of nasty stuff backed up into the showers and bath tubs. We called RotoRooter to come to our property out in Orlando, FL and they arrived within the hour. Rick was excellent and very professional. Within a few minutes our clog was gone and we were able to use our showers, toilets, etc. once again. Definitely giving them a call for all my future plumbing needs!

Roto-rooter sent a plumber quickly to St Cloud. I have had two back ups into the house over the past month and a half, and finally called Roto-Rooter to send a camera down the main line to see what the problem was. There were no roots, valleys, or cracks in the pipe to the house or towards the city clean-out. The problem was the city clean-out, there were a lot of roots, so I called the city since it is their problem. Rick is a great plumber, my service was on 10/28/2013

Guy did a great job. Came in last minute on Halloween and took care of the toy my child flushed down the toilet. Gave estimates so I would know the cost no matter what the outcome was. Thanks.
