I had a friendly call ahead of the dispatch and service was prompt and courteous! Great service! I will use RotoRooter again whenever I need help.
Person who set up my appointment was very pleasant and helpful. Plumber called 30 minutes prior and arrived on time. Found the problem quickly and had the leak fixed in no time :) Would call this company again!!
I called on Sunday at 1:45 PM about a Main line clog, and they said a technician would call before 4 PM. I was happily surprised when the tech arrived at 3 PM. Very smart tech, Hypp (tech#4869j was his name, and he was able to snake the main line and clear the clog in 15 minutes. Very happy with the prompt and professional service.
Great service...but much more expensive than what I thought it would be...almost $500 to unclog the drains.

1st time homeowner without a black book of Technicians. Just had a major water pipe leak in my bathroom. By a miracle I found this company. After being up charged by other companies because of the time, it was amazing to obtain a fair price for services. Nino, the technician, was unbelievably knowledgeable and friendly. I called Roto-Rooter with what I thought would be a simple repair. However, due to the amount of time I let the problem persist, it was not a simply repair. Rich came to our house, worked tirelessly to determine what was wrong. It turned out to be a two-day problem. An additional person was required to do the job.
