I am being charged for someone to go shopping....Rotoroooter calls me at 6pm on Monday night letting me know the plumber is coming. His assigned time to come is between 6pm - 8pm. He shows up about 7:15pm. Looks over the job. We took out a sink and just wanted the two water output valves and the drain to be capped. He explains to me the cost of $169 hourly plus parts. I tried other services, but found that sticking with Roto Rooter was the thing to do. They were VERY prompt and the price was the same as it was 5 years ago....for that I am greatful! They did an excellent job this morning and I am very pleased. I promise NOT to try to find "another" company again in the future!

Definitely use Roto rooter plumbing, I highly recommend them, the person that gave me an estimate (Dave) was a master plumber , he told me all what needed to be done, told me why my water leak happened and what they would do to fix- they arrived next day, on time, fixed everything , and the final price was below what they estimated!-very happy with the service.

Came home from work thursday morning to find out that my water heater was not working. I called around to a few companies who their first availability was within at least 2-3 days away. Since bathing in buckets is not fun for me, I had to get it done ASAP. I called Roto Rooter, and they told me that they could fix it that day. They had a lot of calls out so the dispatcher was always calling me to inform me on what was going on. I was really satisfied with the costumer service. I called the Altamonte Springs office when the house main line backed up. After the initial call Roto-Rooter arrived within 35 minutes. The technician, Eddy was very courteous and knowledgeable about his work. He had the line cleared quickly! The turn around time from the call to the company to completion of service was within 2 hours. I was very pleased overall and would definitely recommend their service.

Courteous. Polite. But, they did not fix the problem and after securing someone else, they did not adequately diagnose the problem and quoted an outrageous price. I would not use them again. I was disappointed at the extreme overcharge with a smile.
