This team of professional diagnosed a problem with a camera sent down into the pipes & could show me exactly where the problem was. They had a crew out to repair it immediately & this group of professionals stayed with it until the job was completed, to our total satisfaction. They were on time, friendly & made it all so easy. They pulled all the proper permits & waited for all the inspections. Great team & a great experience.

Had a back up. They quoted me a time and even though they were 2 hours later...they called several times to update me. Michael the plumber was AWESOME....very patient in finding the drain and professional. Roto Rooter is VERY pricey but they had modern and updated equipment to find the crack in my pipe. I cant afford to have them fix the BIG problem...but i would call them again for smaller stuff....(and still be prepared to PAY).

Had a major drain stoppage. They came quickly but first technician couldn't get the blockage cleared. He called another technician and together they stayed with it until the blockage was gone at no additional cost to me. Great response and good service.

I've gotta say, they did a fabulous repairing our toilet and shower valve. We've used them in the past and they've always been reliable and available. Plus they back up their work with an awesome guarantee. Wish their prices were a little better, or that they gave discounts when you have multiple jobs, but other than that, they're great!

Roto-Rooters Technician Steve B. (1272) came to my houre on 8/14/10 and was very courteous and professional in clearing the clog from my bathroom drain. The response time from initial call to being on site was extremely fast, and with a very few minutes of explanation of the problem, Steve provided a fast and reasonable estimate to unclog the drain, and on my approval, had the clog removed within 45 minutes! It has been a long time since we felt so fairly treated by a company and their service technician. Your service tech Alphanso (#4947) did an excellent job of explaining what caused our problems and even took the time to show us what exactly was wrong and why. He went above and beyond... all in the attempt to secure a satisfied customer - Which he did with flying colors. His level of professionalism was outstanding. Our bathroom pipes had clogged up and our toilet was emptying into our shower in our brand new house. Not only was Noel helpful with fixing this problem, for only a small charge more he cleaned the rest of the house finding things the inspector had missed! We were so happy at the end of the day and he was courteous and polite, even after being at a call until 5am the same morning. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooters to anyone.
